Garage Door Opener Repair & Installation

Dead motors, drifting limits, blinking safety sensors and remotes that stopped pairing. We service every major opener brand and install belt-drive upgrades where noise is the problem.

What is involved

Repairs we handle

Most opener faults are electrical or mechanical rather than terminal, and are far cheaper to fix than to replace.

  • Stripped drive gears and sheared trolley carriages
  • Travel-limit and force adjustment after a door repair
  • Photo-eye alignment, wiring faults and replacement sensors
  • Logic board, capacitor and receiver faults
  • Remote and keypad reprogramming, plus rolling-code resync

When an upgrade makes sense

If the garage sits under or beside a bedroom, a belt drive is dramatically quieter than a chain. Newer units also add soft start/stop, battery backup and phone control.

  • Belt-drive and jackshaft (wall-mount) installations
  • Battery backup for power cuts
  • Wi-Fi units with phone notifications
  • Additional remotes, keypads and wall consoles

Straight answers

Opener Repair & Install
questions.

More answers on the full FAQ page, or call and describe what the door is doing.

Start with the battery, then re-pair the remote. If several remotes fail at once it is more likely the receiver — or interference from a new LED bulb nearby.

With the door open, lay a flat 2x4 in its path and close it. The door should touch the wood and immediately reverse. If it does not, stop using the opener.

If anyone sleeps near the garage, yes. The noise difference against a chain drive is substantial.
