What we replace and why
Builder-grade steel rollers run on exposed bearings that dry out, flat-spot and eventually seize. Sealed nylon rollers run quieter and last considerably longer.

- Hinge and bracket condition checked at every joint
- Track cleaned and inspected for scoring
- Bearings at the shaft ends replaced if they are dry
- Door re-tested for balance and travel

Usually ten on a standard two-car sectional — two per section plus the top fixtures. We replace the full set, since they wear at the same rate.
Noticeably. Sealed nylon on a clean track is the single cheapest fix for a loud door.
Lubrication helps a healthy roller and does nothing for a flat-spotted one. If there is play in the bearing, it needs replacing.
